14114 Corsa C5 Corvette Exhaust System

Having defined the standard in the aftermarket exhaust industry with their Corvette C5 exhaust systems featuring patented RSC technology, Corsa is ready to take the C6 challenge. Hundreds of hours of tuning and many prototypes have resulted in an exhaust system that screams when you want it to and whispers when cruising. Let's get it installed. The first thing we will need to do is loosen the accu-seal clamp that holds the stock exhaust system the factory H-pipe. This is a Cors Sport system so we will retain the factory H-pipe, if it were a touring system this would also be replaced. Now it is time too remove the rear O2 Sensors. If you are doing this at home and the car is on jack stands, you will not need to remove them. There is enough wire so that you could set the h-pipe on the ground without disconnecting them. If the car is on a lift than you will need to remove them. You can leave them plugged in and just unscrew them from the pipe.   Once you have the front bolts out, the only thing holding the H-pipe in place is the brace that hold it just forward of the transmission.  Our systems not only look great but they stay looking great  Even our tips are a jewelry quality, highly polished 304 stainless steel. 304L won't rust (even on the surface) like other inferior stainless steel products. And, in most cases our system will outlast your vehicle (Ok, maybe not yours). The combination of 304L stainless steel construction and the fact that our systems don't use cheap easily degraded packing materials means they'll last and last. Our systems come with top quality TORCA Clamps and instructions that feature actual full color photos to make your install a breeze.
